Research projects

Our hope is that the structure of the platform will generate future projects and further promote the internationally highly respected research in theoretical physics and mathematics carried out in Göteborg. This refers to our long term goals; in addition we are planning a number of specific projects, based on present research activities and interests of the platform members.

These projects have as a common denominator the study of mathematical structures of quantum systems. The overlaps between individual projects that address different specific problems bring a unique interdisciplinary flavor to the platform.

The projects will initiate new collaborations between mathematicians and theoretical physicists and strengthen the joint research activity within Göteborg Physics Centre.
